Clam Digging Experience for Kids (ages 8 to 18):  Saturday May 9 12:00 pm - 2:30 pm

Cost: $20 per child and $5 for adults accompanying, maximum of 10 kids, 20 adults.

Curious and hungry  kiddos will be led to the beach and to let their inner foragers wild! We will learn all about the food that you can find on the beach from shellfish to crab to yes, even seaweed! We are going to collect our food and learn all about the beach in the process. We will then teach everyone how to prepare their wonderful food that they collected. Will you be brave enough to have a bite? We just hope nothing bites back!  Participants must have their tidal waters sport fishing licence prior to arriving (https://www.pac.dfo-mpo.gc.ca/fm-gp/rec/licence-permis/application-eng.html).
