World Oceans Day

Join VIU Deep Bay Marine Field Station at Maffeo Sutton Park in Nanaimo from 11am to 3pm for World Oceans Day with Nanaimo Science!

We will be hosting our amazing Seaweed Touch Tank, where you can see, touch and identify local seaweeds and learn about the important roles of seaweed in marine ecosystems and a sustainable BC food economy.

ITCH Medieval Madness play

Join us for our Inclusive Theatre Collective's production of "Medieval Madness", an original script by student Ceridwen Nord. In this witty whodunit, kings and knights, processes and pals try to figure out who is the culprit. In this fun farce, students take on both performance and technical roles.
