Health Research 101: Foundations in Patient-Oriented Research

The goal of this session is to introduce participants to the broad landscape of health research in Canada and will cover a wide range of topics, including: What is health research and why is it important? Who provides funding to make it happen? Who typically conducts research studies? How do you write a good research question? What are different ways to share study findings? I want to get involved, where do I start? Hosted by the BC Support Unit,  Vancouver Island Centre.
