Applications are accepted on a continuous basis through the academic year (Aug 15 – July 15th) on the ROMEO research application portal. Following submission all applications undergo an initial review to determine the level of REB review required.
Applications deemed suitable for delegated review are reviewed on a continuous basis. All other applications will be reviewed at a Full Board meeting based on the submission dates listed below.
