Olivia Alexander

Research & Community Project Coordinator, CSI

Olivia is the Research and Community Project Coordinator at CSI. She brings a wealth of knowledge in marine systems, scientific communication and public education to the team. With a graduate degree in marine sciences and a Bachelor's in wildlife biology, Olivia shares her passion for applied research and education in CSI’s projects and engagement activities.

With years of experience with online and in-person education, Olivia has worked as a science educator through her own business and in a post-secondary environment. She is excited to engage students, industry, and community in CSI’s seafood related research – a venture she believes will have a positive impact on BC’s seafood industry.
