Community Partner Series: Digital Technology Supercluster Update: Exploring Opportunities for Collaboration

With Paris Gaudet, Capacity Building Programs Lead, Canada’s Digital Technology Supercluster. In this session, learn about the status of the new Digital Technology Supercluster organization and its key activity stream – Capacity Building. The focus of this discussion is to start a conversation about what’s possible and explore opportunities for collaboration. The Supercluster Capacity Building initiatives encompass four themes: 1) Diverse Digital Workforce 2) Building the Digital Economy in the Regions 3) Indigenous Digital Skills Training 4) Women in Technology Leadership. The Supercluster anticipates having resources to support new programs in the Capacity Building genre and they view Vancouver Island University among its potential collaborators and delivery channels.
